Buffet breakfast in Vincci Soho

Restaurant/places to eat in Vincci Soho
The front desk staff were highly knowledgable, professional, friendly and kind. This was important to me because I had just walked 800km on the Camino and was exhausted, the staff was super helpful. They booked me a taxi and then when I needed it to come an hour earlier they happily helped, w/o question. The food was very good both at the buffet breakfast and the in-room dinner I ordered. The location is amazing. My only sightseeing was that I wanted to spend time at El Prado and the hotel is a stone's throw away and 20 minutes to the airport in the morning without traffic of course. The shower was excellent both in the amount of water that flowed and in the temperature. A small thing but the pillows were good, they had a small one for sleeping unlike most of the hotels in Spain, and I stayed in 33 different hotels, that had only a HUGE foam pillow which is good for sitting up in bed but impossible to sleep with. Finally, the decor was charming.

The Vincci Soho was an extremely nice hotel, it was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our European summer vacation. They had a candy bowl at the front desk which was full of good candy, it was a minor detail but made our night since we arrived completely exhausted from a long travel day. The hotel also has a bar which provided us with drinks made to order and a mini bowl of trail mix that was delicious. The room itself was quite dark due to the dark furnishings and dark floors however we did have a small balcony that had we opened the curtains might have provided us with more light in our room. The darkness of the room was appreciated since we were exhausted and able to sleep in due to the darkness.

Stayed at Vincci Soho for 5 nights in May 2025. Location is fantastic within walking distance of many of the sightseeing locations around central Madrid. Front desk staff were very polite, professional and helpful in recommending close by restaurants. Whilst the Vincci room was small it is well designed with good wardrobe space, good air conditioning and good noise insulation from the street. We found the bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection which, whilst needing gluten free myself, had numerous signs stating those options were available. Thoroughly recommend a long breakfast in the courtyard.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vincci Soho. The location is perfect, super close to everything in Madrid—we walked everywhere. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, and our room was really comfortable with a great bathroom. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and city view, which was such a nice surprise. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff. Stylish rooms and decor. Clean. Good location, only a short walk away from Gran Via, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Also, there's a laundromat and a small supermarket within a few steps away. Underground parking costs 32 euros a night. Breakfast was OK.
